Year-round, it's estate downsizing as long-time families clear and sell substantial homes — whole-house, attic and garage, donation-routed. Every May, it's SMU student move-out: apartments, shared houses, and dorm furniture cleared fast as the semester ends. Either way, the Park Cities norm is the same — nothing left at the curb — so we pull it from inside or the garage and keep the street clean. Flat photo-quoted pricing, disposal included, usable furniture donated.
